Meet Nate

Nate Tzodikov brings the vibrant spirit and natural beauty of Florida’s Gulf Coast and Western North Carolina to life through his fine art paintings. A versatile and gifted artist, Nate works across multiple media, capturing the essence of diverse landscapes from Florida and Western North Carolina to the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. His work is regularly showcased at the Tryon Painters and Sculptors Gallery in Tryon, NC, as well as Venice Locale and the Venice Art Center in Venice, Florida.

Before embracing his artistic career, Nate enjoyed a distinguished tenure in pharmaceutical research and development, holding a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from MIT. His scientific background, especially his use of molecular structure sketches to conceptualize complex ideas, seamlessly transitioned into his artistic practice, fueling a passion for painting after his retirement.

Splitting his time between Nokomis, Florida, and Hendersonville, North Carolina, Nathan Tzodikov’s art offers an innovative bridge between scientific precision and the organic beauty of nature, inviting viewers to experience the landscapes he so passionately depicts.
